The coil cars from hpl-Neugnadenfelder are not only designed for fast coil changes and efficient coil handling, but are also equipped with a high safety standard. Integrated hose- and pipe-rupture protection in the hydraulic lifting movement ensures operator and machine safety at all times. In addition, you can choose between side supports or a hold-down arm to optimally secure the coils during transport.
The integrated coil diameter detection and calculation of the coil axis ensure precise and reliable handling.
Our coil cars can be individually customized and tailored to your specific requirements. Depending on the application, we offer coil transport solutions with roller guides, sliding guides, or ball/roller guide systems. The L-type coil car can be supplied in either above-floor or pit-mounted design. For safe operator access, robust sliding cover plates are available.
Thanks to their low overall height, only minimal foundation work is required, which greatly simplifies retrofitting into existing strip lines. In addition, we offer the possibility to replace old coil cars with new ones and integrate them seamlessly into your existing line infrastructure, including control and electrical systems.
