Whether single-, double- or four-armed, the turnstiles of hpl-Neugnadenfelder Maschinenfabrik GmbH guarantee a safe pick-up or transfer of the coils and can be easily integrated into already existing plant peripheries. Our turnstiles can also be used as a buffer station or intermediate storage for coils, for example to reduce the time required for coil handling in the corresponding section of the plant, for a fast and safe coil change.
As a special highlight, we offer our additional module for separation when handling multi-strip coils. This stepless separation of the coil strips, which can be integrated in the support arm, enables time-optimized removal of the strips via C-hooks or coil lifting devices. With a load capacity of up to 32 tons per support arm, a high throughput can be achieved in a very short time.
