hpl recertified with “Systematic Safety” seal

hpl-Neugnadenfelder Maschinenfabrik GmbH has once again been awarded the “Systematic Safety” seal of approval by the German Berufsgenossenschaft Holz und Metall (BGHM).

As part of the audit conducted on March 18, 2026, it was confirmed that hpl-Neugnadenfelder Maschinenfabrik GmbH has established a systematic and effective occupational health and safety management system and consistently implements it in daily operations. The certification is based, among other things, on the requirements of the DGUV procedural principles for the assessment of occupational health and safety management systems as well as the international guideline NLF / ILO-OSH 2001. The current certification is valid until March 31, 2029.

Occupational Safety in Mechanical Engineering: An Integral Part of Our Processes

As a mechanical engineering company, the safety of our employees is our top priority. Occupational safety is not treated as a standalone topic, but as an integral part of our daily operations – from production and assembly to organizational processes.

The “Ssystematic Safety” seal of approval confirms that we systematically assess risks, establish clear structures, and provide regular training for our employees. The objective is to ensure safe working conditions while maintaining efficient and reliable processes.

A Systematic Approach Instead of Isolated Measures

The certification represents a holistic approach to occupational safety. This includes, among other things:

  • structured risk assessments
  • clearly defined processes and responsibilities
  • continuous improvement of safety standards
  • active involvement of employees

“Systematic Safety” therefore goes far beyond individual measures and embeds safety sustainably within the company.

Recertification as Confirmation and Motivation

The renewed certification confirms our commitment to maintaining a high level of occupational safety over the long term and continuously improving our standards.

Our special thanks go to all employees who actively contribute to safety through their daily work.

Because safety is no coincidence – it is the result of structured processes and a shared sense of responsibility.
