Change in the management of hpl

At the end of 2020, the hpl-Group as specialist for strip processing and machining systems is under new management: Bernd Voshaar has passed on the responsibility for the company's management to Rüdiger Schury.

After more than 35 years, Bernd Voshaar will resign from his position as chairman of the Neuenhauser management board and thus also from the management of the hpl-Group. From 01. January 2021, he will become chairman of the Group's supervisory board.

Rüdiger Schury (50 years), who holds a degree in engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), brings with him extensive technical and commercial expertise in the field of medium-sized special machine and plant engineering. Starting his professional career in the mechanical design of machines, he gradually expanded his technical competence in the following years and was most recently the managing director of a well-known medium-sized mechanical engineering company for eight years. Rüdiger Schury was responsible for the strategic expansion and further development of this company which he promoted successfully. The hpl-Group will particularly benefit from his long-term experience in sales and project works and will continue to develop in a targeted and sustainable manner as a solution provider its worldwide customers.

Bernd Voshaar, former managing director of the hpl-Group, is pleased to have found in Rüdiger Schury a professionally competent successor who is well-known in the industry: "Rüdiger Schury brings a wealth of experience in strategic and operational leadership to the hpl-Group.
